Special interest and training in assessment and intervention for Tourette’s Syndrome, motor/vocal tics, OCD, anxiety, and ADHD.

If you or your child are experiencing a single tic or multiple tics, or engage in compulsions or rituals, or have difficulties with ADHD symptoms impacting your life, we can help. Many types of therapy are available and will depend on your main concerns. We can offer multiple approaches for tics/Tourette’s including CBIT, Cognitive Psychophysiological model, and mind/body, ERP and Inference-based CBT for OCD, Comprehensive Behavioural (ComB) treatment and Habit reversal therapy for habits/repetitive behaviours, and CBT (including exposure therapy if indicated) for anxiety. To help reduce out of pocket costs, you can obtain a Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP or specialist doctor (psychiatrist, paediatrician, neurologist) to obtain a Medicare rebate for each appointment (usually capped at 10 sessions per calendar year).
